This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while focusing on delivering exceptional therapeutic care through telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions with a diverse range of clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address mental health concerns.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals based on client assessments and progress.

• Utilize virtual tools to conduct evaluations, document client progress, and maintain accurate records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with clients, ensuring they receive the proper support and resources necessary for their mental health journey.

• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultation sessions to enhance your professional growth and deliver the best client outcomes.

• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in mental health practices to incorporate new methodologies into your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds, requiring therapists who are culturally competent and able to create a safe, empathetic space for healing and growth. You will be integral in helping clients navigate their unique situations, fostering resilience and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Proven experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families, ideally in a telehealth environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly with clients in a virtual setting.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
