Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, adhering to established treatment plans and responding to the immediate needs of clients through triage and crisis appointments.

• Perform thorough assessments to determine client needs and provide comprehensive case management services, ensuring timely referrals and follow-up as necessary.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, relaxation techniques, and motivational interviewing, to tailor interventions that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within the community mental health center, participating in case consultations and coordination meetings with medical and clinical staff to enhance patient outcomes.

• Design and implement outreach initiatives related to wellness, engaging clients and the community to promote resources available for mental health support and treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will focus on individuals experiencing substance use disorders, as well as co-occurring mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, many facing significant barriers to care. As such, this role requires a firm grasp of trauma-informed care principles, enabling you to address the complex, interwoven nature of addiction and mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active Pennsylvania License in Social Work (LCSW).
\n
• A minimum of three years of experience in the behavioral health field, particularly with substance use disorders.

• Strong understanding and experience of trauma-informed care and a social justice framework.

• Ability to leverage technology and proficiency in office management tools, software packages, and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within detox or outpatient treatment settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
