Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to determine clients’ therapeutic needs.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that address clients’ unique circumstances, goals, and family dynamics.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and families, providing a safe space for open dialogue and conflict resolution.

• Providing supportive individual therapy sessions when necessary, helping clients unpack personal challenges and work toward emotional well-being.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues such as grief, trauma, relationship conflict, and adjustment disorders.

• Documenting session notes and treatment progress in compliance with state regulations and best practices.

• Regularly reviewing and updating treatment plans to reflect clients’ progress and changing needs.

• Offering crisis intervention when required, supporting clients through acute mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n
