Line Cook Opportunity

Centro is looking for a talented and energetic LINE COOK. Line Cooks are responsible for preparing delicious food with craft and intention; in addition to other heart of house duties (prep, set-up, safety, cleaning, breakdown) and assisting the Chefs and the HOH team. Our kitchen crew is the foundation to providing a memorable guest experience and creating a positive team environment throughout the restaurant. Candidates should be eager to learn, adaptable and comfortable in a high volume kitchen, working with hot equipment, knives, slicers, etc. We'd love to hear from you if you are interested in working within a fun, fast paced environment and growing with our team.

Located in the heart of downtown Boulder's Pearl Street West End, Centro Mexican Kitchen celebrates the delicious and inspired flavors of Mexico with regional drinks and warm hospitality that takes you to another place; we expect our guests to come travel with us. We want to make 'vacation dreams' come true!

Here's the Skinny:

• Full-Time or Part-Time (full-availability: nights & weekends)
• 1 Year Experience in a Professional Kitchen
• Team Service Tip Pool Model (we share tips among all hourly employees!)
• $20-23 per hour average starting wage (with opportunity to earn more!)
