Front Desk Medical Receptionist

We are looking for the right candidate that has experience in a medical office setting a team player, and that is very detailed oriented. Responsibilities of the Medical Front Office include: Processing the scheduled patients by verifying demographic information & insurance information for accuracy Making sure that all patient forms are completed in their entirety and updating the information within the EHR system. Collecting co-pays, payments on balances, payments for forms or medical records. This includes collecting co-pays before scheduled telemed appointments. Scanning patient forms, IDs, & insurance cards into the EHR system Assist with scheduling appointments, able to answer a mutli-line phone system Faxing and scanning incoming and outgoing correspondence Importing correspondence into the EMR Sanitize waiting room at the end of the day.
