Contract Type: W2 Only. Duration: 6+ Months. Location: MountainView, CA / Atlanta, GA. Pay Range: $30 - $32 on W2. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support my client's Deal Management and Legal Operations teams. This role will manage contract execution, signature and countersignature workflows, contract review, documentation, reporting, and license assignment/transfer activities using CLM and electronic signature platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Legal, Deal Management, Sales, Customer Support, and other global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage contract execution and signature/countersignature workflows using Conga CLM, Adobe Sign, and similar platforms. Review contracts for accuracy, completeness, required terms, approvals, and compliance with established procedures. Coordinate contract administration activities with Legal, Deal Management, Contract Administrators, Customer Support, and external LPO providers. Administer non-standard license assignment and transfer requests, ensuring appropriate approvals and documentation. Develop and maintain contract execution reports, dashboards, operational metrics, and management reporting. Identify opportunities to improve contract administration workflows, efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Must-Have Skills 3+ years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, deal management, sales operations, or a related business support function. Hands-on experience with CLM and electronic signature platforms, such as Conga, DocuSign, Adobe Sign, or similar tools. Strong understanding of contract execution, signature/countersignature processes, contract documentation, and compliance. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, including reporting and operational analysis. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience supporting Legal, Deal Management, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations teams. Experience with contract reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and process improvement initiatives. Experience administering license assignments/transfers or other non-standard contractual requests. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Business Law, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to handle confidential legal and business information with sound judgment. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end periods.
