Business Development Representative

Role Overview As a Business Development Representative at VST America Inc., you will support the company’s growth across the United States. This role combines business development, account management, and market research within a highly technical B2B environment. You will work closely with the sales team to develop new opportunities, support existing accounts, and expand into new markets. Based in our Dallas office, you will gain hands‑on national sales exposure and grow within a fast‑paced, international organization. About you You are an early-career professional (0–5 years experience preferred) looking to build a long-term career in sales and business development. You may have gained initial experience through internships, customer service, inside sales, or analytical roles. Prior technical knowledge is not required, but an interest in technology or industrial markets is an advantage. Based in or willing to relocate to Dallas Proactive, resilient, and target‑driven Comfortable reaching out to new contacts Professional in communication Motivated to learn and grow in a small, dynamic team Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to) Business Development & Market Expansion Identify and pursue new opportunities across the U.S. (calls, emails, exhibitions) Conduct market research and map potential accounts Account Management Maintain relationships with existing customers Prepare quotations and support commercial discussions Track opportunities and ensure timely follow‑up Act as first point of contact for inquiries Coordinate with technical teams to deliver solutions Maintain accurate records in Salesforce Support reporting, forecasting, and sales materials Work closely with colleagues in Dallas, Chicago, and international offices Represent VST America at trade fairs and customer events Requirements Bachelor’s degree (commercial or equivalent) 0–5 years of relevant experience preferred Valid driver’s license Willingness to travel (15–30% within the U.S.) Fluent English (additional languages are a plus) #J-18808-Ljbffr VS Technology Global
