In this full-time remote position, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and patient load while contributing to the mental health care of stable, low acuity adults through our advanced online platform.

Work Environment\n

As an LPCC at Hope and Resilience, you will work entirely remotely within a supportive telehealth environment. You will connect with patients through various digital means, including video conferencing, audio messaging, and interactive digital tools for journaling and goal tracking. Your ability to work from home gives you the autonomy to create a workspace conducive to your clinical practice while balancing your personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual mental health needs and establish treatment plans.

• Deliver exceptional mental health care through telehealth visits, providing therapy focused on methodical treatment, goal-setting, and monitoring client progress.

• Utilize the platform’s various features, such as online journals, worksheets, and progress tracking tools, to enhance patient engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain patient records in compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards, ensuring that all interactions are documented accurately and securely.

• Collaborate with other professionals within the telehealth platform, accessing a robust community of over 10,000 therapists for peer support and resource sharing.

• Stay updated on best practices in telehealth, adapting your methods to enhance the quality of care you provide to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily be on managing cases involving low acuity mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, and grief counseling. The client demographics will not include children or patients with severe mental health conditions, allowing you to tailor your therapeutic approach to stabilize and empower vulnerable adults in their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, unrestricted LPCC license, with no disciplinary actions on record.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients in a virtual setting.

• A reliable internet connection, and access to a computer or laptop (tablets are not compatible with our system).

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth environment or familiarity with digital therapeutic tools.

• Background in treating adults with low acuity mental health issues.
\n
• Proficiency in various online communication methods to enhance client interaction and treatment delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 52,000 to 70,000 yearly , depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, ensuring that you can maintain your wellbeing as you care for others.
