Overview ARSICAULT Bakery opened in the Richmond district of SanFrancisco in April2015, reviving the family bakery founded in a little town near Paris over 100years ago. Our breakfast pastries are now known and recognized around the Bay Area and beyond. In 2020 we opened a second location and added breads to our menu, and we are preparing to open a third location at Mission Rock. Our bread production will increase and diversify, and we would like you to join us for the ride! We are looking for bakers to join the current team at various levels of experience. More experienced candidates should demonstrate high skill in preparation, mixing, maturation, shaping, and baking of baguettes and naturally leavened breads, as well as excellent communication skills to train and share knowledge with the rest of the team. Junior candidates should show a strong desire to learn and develop with the company, be team players, and be ready to assist and learn about the rest of the operation. Both positions are full‑time hourly (with tips). Work starts at 4:30am and you will have a schedule of five consecutive work days with two consecutive days off. You will report to our bread manager. Qualifications Impeccable punctuality 1 to 3 years experience baking slow mixed artisanal bread Math and computer skills to be able to adjust and scale recipes in Excel Ability to lift and carry 50‑pound bags of flour Always be ready to interact and communicate with every single person in the organization Must be authorized to work in the United States Food Handlers Certificate Compensation and Benefits Hourly ($22.00 - $30.00) plus tips Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Paid Time Off, 401(k) Two breakfast pastries per day and unlimited coffee #J-18808-Ljbffr
