Demonstrate high-level interpersonal abilities to foster strong connections with both our team and the customers we serve. Bring at least one year of professional experience to help our team maintain consistent service standards. Act as the initial representative for customers to ensure high-quality interactions and support branch business objectives. Establish and maintain productive relationships with key accounts through phone and in-person engagement. Evaluate client requirements and collect necessary details to facilitate service. Draft essential work orders within our internal management systems. Provide timely updates to clients regarding the status of their requests. Demonstrated proficiency through a combination of specialized training, education, or significant on-the-job experience.
