Building Automation Controls Technician

Job overview As a controls specialist on our operations or service team, you will conduct preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning of BAS/BMS controls. The role is roughly 80% field work at customer sites; a company vehicle will be provided. Responsibilities include startup, checking, testing, diagnostics, and commissioning from system‑level controllers to end devices for small to medium‑sized new or retrofit projects. Qualifications 2+ years of building automation or commercial HVAC controls experience. Knowledge of one or more of the following BAS platforms: Siemens, Trane, Delta Controls, Johnson Controls, Distech, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Automated Logic, or other. Installation and servicing of commercial HVAC systems. Nice to have Experience with Tridium Niagara (N4). Experience with DDC. Benefits Competitive pay (DOE).
