Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - PICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced respiratory care in a Level IV NICU setting.
• Operate high frequency jet ventilators and oscillating ventilators effectively.
• Support pediatric patients with cardiac anomalies as part of a critical care team.
• Assist in high-risk deliveries and manage NICU and PICU patient needs.
• Document patient data accurately using Epic charting system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize respiratory care.

Qualifications

• Current NC RRT License required; Compact license accepted.
• Minimum 2 years experience in NICU and pediatric critical care.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS.
• Experience with high frequency jet and oscillating ventilators.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex respiratory cases in pediatrics.
• Familiarity with Epic or similar electronic health record systems.
