Global Operations Systems Director

Driving the re-implementation and convergence of CargoWise and other integrated platforms, the full-time Global Operations Systems Director will manage program delivery, oversee global operational standardization, and lead automation initiatives in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own program delivery and ensure accountability for system implementation outcomes across multiple departments Drive the definition and deployment of a global operational template while balancing standardization with local requirements Lead the re-implementation of CargoWise and related platforms, focusing on minimizing customization and technical debt Required qualifications University Degree in Engineering, IT, or related fields 10+ years of experience in system implementation leadership 10+ years of experience leading multi-country teams Desirable international working experience Experience in logistics and process improvement is essential
