AI Performance Operations Director

To enhance member interactions and performance, the full-time remote AI Performance Operations Director will build AI systems for monitoring quality, provide coaching and feedback, and partner with frontline teams to improve operational effectiveness. Key responsibilities Embed with frontline teams to define quality standards and identify areas for improvement in member interactions Develop AI-powered quality monitoring systems to evaluate member interactions and drive performance improvements Visualize interaction data and coaching signals to ensure timely insights reach all relevant stakeholders Required qualifications 7+ years in high-ownership operator roles such as startup strategy, business operations, or internal tooling project management Experience in people leadership, with a proven ability to manage and mentor teams Fluency with modern AI tools and platforms, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn Strong systems thinking skills, capable of designing frameworks that address broader organizational challenges An instinct for quality in human interactions, translating member experience insights into structured criteria for AI applications
