We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to support a range of active initiatives in Westlake, Ohio. This is a Contract position with an expected assignment length of 60 to 90 days, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, onsite environment and can keep multiple workstreams organized. The role focuses on coordinating project activity, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring clear communication across teams to keep deliverables moving forward.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain organized project records, trackers, and shared reporting tools to provide visibility into progress across concurrent initiatives.
• Coordinate calendars, arrange project calls, and schedule site surveys to keep teams aligned on timelines and next steps.
• Oversee onsite installation activities by confirming readiness, tracking milestones, and supporting smooth execution.
• Manage recurring administrative project tasks, including updates, follow-ups, and documentation needed to keep workstreams on schedule.
• Facilitate communication among internal stakeholders by sharing status updates, clarifying action items, and ensuring timely responses.
• Lead project meetings and check-in calls, capturing key decisions, assigning next steps, and monitoring completion of open items.
• Prepare regular progress summaries for leadership and stakeholders to highlight accomplishments, risks, and upcoming priorities.
• Support project planning and coordination using spreadsheet-based tools and business systems such as NetSuite when applicable.• Demonstrated experience managing projects with multiple parallel workstreams in a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet applications for tracking tasks, timelines, and status reporting.
• Working knowledge of project coordination practices, including scheduling, documentation control, and stakeholder follow-up.
• Ability to lead meetings, communicate clearly by phone and email, and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and clients.
• Experience supporting project timelines, monitoring deliverables, and keeping activities aligned with business objectives.
• Familiarity with NetSuite is preferred.
• Background in formal project management methodologies, Agile/Scrum environments, or PMP-based practices is advantageous.
• Availability to work onsite in Westlake, Ohio, with flexibility for occasional after-hours coordination as needed.
