Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify and implement clinical improvement opportunities within the practice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, employers, and other payer groups through effective communication and engagement strategies.
• Leverage clinical software systems to ensure accurate documentation, coding, and compliance with treatment protocols.
• Ensure adherence to Florida's State Practice Act, workplace regulations, and guidelines to uphold the highest standards of patient care.
• Monitor and elevate patient satisfaction metrics, building an environment focused on optimal patient experience.
• Actively manage clinical outcomes and collaborate with staff therapists on unique patient cases that require specialized attention.
• Oversee clinical workflows to enhance internal processes for patient referrals and appointment scheduling.
• Implement therapy plans that prioritize early interventions and same-day evaluations for acute cases.
