Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients' medical histories and perform thorough physical examinations to determine their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's goals and physical capabilities, updating them regularly to reflect their progress.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient progress and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems as part of the workflow.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, discussing patient cases and adjusting treatment plans collaboratively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
