BI/Data Analyst

BI/Data Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented BI/Data Analyst to design and deliver impactful dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights that support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Extract, clean, preprocess, and standardize data from multiple sources including databases, APIs, and flat files.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, define KPIs, and solve business challenges.
- Ensure data accuracy, optimize queries, and maintain reliable reporting environments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong expertise in data visualization and dashboard development using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced SQL querying skills with familiarity in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and reporting best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights.
