Manager, Medical Education - Field Team - Remote

Stryker seeks a remote Manager of Medical Education to lead a field team in developing and executing educational strategies for healthcare professionals. The role combines team leadership, strategic program development, and key opinion leader collaboration to shape the company's medical education initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead team and drive collaboration with key opinion leaders to design educational materials
• Develop and execute annual Medical Education strategies based on data analysis and business priorities
• Manage Medical Education offerings and budgets aligned with P&L requirements
• Mentor team members and foster collaboration across Medical Education, product marketing, and sales training
• Manage KOL networks and identify emerging thought leaders for program engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of work experience
• 5+ years medical device or Medical Education experience preferred
• 2+ years of people management experience preferred
• Endovascular experience strongly preferred
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• MBA preferred

Compensation: $102,600 - $222,300 USD Annual (varies by pay grade and location)
