Accounts Payable Manager

THE ROLE The Accounts Payable Manage will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Accounts Payable Department for Thom Browne. Primary Responsibilities: Oversee the accounts payable department and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Ensuring all autopay and online invoices are booked. Manage the Accounts Payable Inbox Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues or disputes related to payments or invoices. Booking outgoing payments from the bank Managing the AP Aging and submitting the AP Batch payments Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes for accounts payable. Investigates Accounts Payable issues as needed. Train and develop accounts payable staff, including setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations. Monitor and analyze accounts payable processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy THE IDEAL CANDIDATE 5-7 years' experience in Accounts Payable or similar function Strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Highest of ethical standards, integrity, authenticity, credibility, and character WHAT WE OFFER YOU Competitive compensation. Salary Range is $115,000 - $125,000 + target bonus.
