Senior Accountant

Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a collaborative and growing finance team within a global manufacturing organization. This role offers a strong mix of technical accounting, financial reporting, and operational exposure—ideal for a hands‑on professional looking to grow within a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Support monthly and year‑end close processes Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports Account Reconciliations & Analysis Perform balance sheet reconciliations Investigate and resolve discrepancies Fixed Assets & Capital Accounting Manage fixed asset tracking and reporting Support capital expenditure accounting Customer Programs / Rebates Oversee accounting for customer incentive and rebate programs Banking & Cash Controls Monitor cash activity and maintain strong internal controls Support inventory accounting and cost analysis initiatives A/P and A/R Oversight Provide oversight and guidance to accounts payable and receivable functions Review and approve work prepared by accounting staff Audit & Compliance Assist with audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting Advanced Excel skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Preferred: Manufacturing and/or cost accounting experience Prior experience reviewing or supervising staff work Additional Skills Experience with Power BI is a plus Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work cross‑functionally and at all levels of the organization Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment What We Offer Hybrid work environment with flexible scheduling Competitive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match and profit‑sharing Paid holidays and generous PTO Life insurance, disability coverage, and additional benefits Collaborative, team‑oriented culture with growth opportunities Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401(k) plan.
