Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your primary responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to inform individualized intervention plans.

• Collaborating with families to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) aimed at addressing each child's unique needs.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to recommend strategies that facilitate child development, adapting to various learning styles to ensure each child receives tailored support.

• Maintaining compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations, safeguarding the health and safety of all clients and staff.

• Fostering strong relationships with families and team members to create a positive and supportive environment conducive to learning and growth.

• Providing emotional support and information to families, equipping them with skills to enhance their child's emotional and developmental well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with infants and toddlers exhibiting developmental delays or disabilities. Our children are at a crucial phase of their growth, where early intervention can significantly uplift their abilities in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills within safe and nurturing contexts.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work.

• A valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver’s license for any potential travel requirements.
