Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental health screenings to establish individual treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult patients facing a myriad of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Our patient community is diverse, and you will need to utilize culturally competent approaches to tailor your counseling methods effectively to meet their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Strong knowledge of mental health issues prevalent among patients in a clinical setting is essential.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with individuals from various backgrounds and within multidisciplinary teams.
