Magazine's 5000 list and were recently named one of Inc.'s 2024 Mid-Atlantic Fastest Growing companies.Position is contingent upon contract award.Summary:Provide HR support to the Policy, Planning, and Analysis Branch by developing and implementing strategic human capital and workforce planning initiatives.Collaborate with leadership to design workforce strategies that support organizational goals and respond to mission, technology, and labor market changes.Conduct workforce analyses, HR studies, forecasting, and data-driven assessments to identify workforce trends, recommend solutions, and support strategic decision-making.Analyze HR data, develop reports, dashboards, graphics, and visualizations, and present findings to leadership.Support organizational change management initiatives by assessing readiness, leading change efforts, developing performance measures, and applying data analytics to evaluate project outcomes.Maintain and enhance HR information systems, ensuring data integrity, system functionality, testing, reporting, process improvements, and compliance with information assurance and data security requirements.Manage HR systems access, protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII), administer automated HR systems, train users on new processes and system functionality, and support HR technology implementation and maintenance.Assist with Command Awards programs by coordinating award ceremonies, preparing certificates and award materials, processing incentive awards in agency system, managing award nominations and approvals, drafting award packages, and coordinating with Headquarters awards program officials.Requirements:5 years of experience providing Human Resources services in Human Resource Information SystemsKnowledge of Government regulations, policies, and practices under Title 5, United States Code, and other statutes and legal Authorities for Federal Human Resources.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs, technical human resources functions for the above program areas to include examining human resources laws, policies, rules, and procedures.High School Diploma or GED.FYI's Benefits/Incentives: What is in it for you?Opportunity to work a hybrid work scheduleA knowledgeable, high-achieving, diverse, experienced, and fun team.The chance to be part of a rapidly growing company and the next success story.A competitive base salary with a loaded benefits package plus 401K.Tuition/education assistance, personal computer allowance, pet insurance.
