Client Account Specialist

Client Account Specialist – Financial Operations This role can be based in San Francisco. Join MoFo’s Global Client Accounts team and work closely with attorneys and their clients on billing, e‑billing, and collections. Responsibilities Produce timely and accurate bills for clients, including e‑bills, and perform specific billing and e‑billing tasks and projects. Manage quality control, deadlines, reporting on billing status, and analyze special billing arrangements. Act as a resource for internal clients and colleagues, troubleshoot procedural issues, and assist the systems team with upgrades and testing. Support assigned billing attorneys in the full cycle of account management, including account set‑up, billing and collection arrangements, and inventory management. Qualifications Minimum two years in law firm or professional services billing; large law firm experience preferred. Strong financial systems skills (Elite 3E, eBillingHub). Experience working with multi‑currency bills a plus. Ability to understand and analyze billing information and historical data. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with high accuracy. Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals at all levels. Additional compensation may include discretionary bonus, overtime as applicable, health/welfare benefits, retirement contributions, paid holidays and PTO.
