We’re seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator who’s passionate about helping patients start their journey toward better oral health. The ideal candidate is a strong closer with excellent communication skills, a sales-minded approach , and genuine compassion for patient care.

Responsibilities:

Present treatment plans confidently and help patients move forward with recommended care
Build rapport and trust with patients while explaining financial and insurance options
Proactively bring in new patients and help them start treatment
Support the clinical team in ensuring a smooth patient experience

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in dental sales
Strong closing and communication skills
Ability to connect with patients on both a professional and personal level
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Must be self-motivated, personable, and results-driven

Compensation:

Competitive pay based on experience, plus bonuses for performance
