Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients by reviewing their medical histories, performing physical assessments, and establishing individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families about evaluation findings and treatment strategies, ensuring they are actively involved in setting therapy goals.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols with proficiency, adapting methods based on ongoing evaluations and patient response.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals as needed, documenting changes in patients' conditions that warrant modifications to their plans of care.
• Develop and execute discharge plans in coordination with patients and their families, ensuring continuity of care post-therapy.

Qualifications

• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.

Compensation and Benefits
