To enhance employee engagement and support transitions, the full-time remote Learning and Development Coordinator will manage RFA administrative responsibilities, collaborate on professional development opportunities, and foster a positive work culture through various initiatives. Key responsibilities Manage RFA administrative routines and oversee team transitions to ensure efficient project staffing Support employee experience by creating feedback loops and organizing events that promote appreciation and recognition Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to deliver continuous learning opportunities and ensure timely offboarding with HR Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach and ability to influence others Proficiency in Workday HRIS and Microsoft Suite Project management skills with the ability to connect people to resources Commitment to protecting data privacy and sensitive employee information
