Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for students, gathering information on their personal and family history, current challenges, and any risk factors that may impact their emotional well-being.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with students, focusing on strategies that promote mental health, emotional growth, and successful reintegration into their school environment.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), addressing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing personal insights, emotional regulation, and adaptive coping mechanisms to help students manage their feelings and academic pressures.

• Engage proactively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders in the student’s life to offer coaching and support strategies that reinforce therapeutic goals.

• Provide on-call support during urgent mental health situations, demonstrating responsiveness to the immediate needs of students.

Compensation and Benefits\n
