IAM IGA Business Analyst, AVP

Who we are looking for StateStreet Identity and Access Management is seeking individuals with strong analytical capabilities, entrepreneurial problem‑solving skills, and excellent communication and influencing abilities. This role will have a broad range of responsibilities within IAM/IGA and can be performed in a hybrid model. Responsibilities Product Vision & Delivery – Define, influence, and execute the roadmap for the IAM/IGA product suite, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and business objectives. Requirements Management – Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through close engagement with stakeholders. Translate these into actionable deliverables with engineering teams. Agile Delivery Excellence – Embrace an Agile mindset to deliver incremental value. Continuously refine priorities, participate actively in Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog grooming). Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment – Partner with business leaders, ISOs, and technical teams to build consensus, manage expectations, communicate dependencies and risk, and drive informed decision‑making. Education & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BS). Experience working within cybersecurity in large financial organizations. Demonstrated experience building IAM products.
