Why This Role Stands Out: Work at the forefront of oncology and sterile compounding care Collaborate closely with providers while maintaining clinical independence Make impactful, day-to-day decisions that directly improve patient outcomes Be part of a supportive, mission-driven infusion center environment What You’ll Bring: ✅ Current Registered Pharmacist License (state-specific) ✅ B.S. in Pharmacy required (PharmD preferred) ✅ PGY-1 completed or 3+ years of relevant clinical experience in oncology/IV solutions ✅ PGY-2 training preferred ✅ Board Certification (BPS specialty) preferred ✅ BLS required | ACLS preferred Ideal Candidate Will Have: ✔ Oncology, infusion, and/or sterile compounding experience ✔ Confidence operating independently in both clinical & operational settings ✔ Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with providers ✔ Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and make autonomous clinical decisions
