Role Description The Entry Level Marketing & Sales Representative Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA. This position supports marketing and sales initiatives by engaging with customers, presenting product and service information, and coordinating promotional activities to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting face-to-face or event-based outreach, assisting in sales presentations, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback to improve campaigns. The coordinator helps maintain strong customer relationships, collaborates with team members on marketing strategies, and participates in ongoing training and development to enhance sales and leadership skills. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening. Customer Service skills with a focus on building rapport, handling inquiries, and resolving concerns. Sales and Sales & Marketing skills, including basic lead generation, product presentation, and closing techniques. Training-oriented mindset, with the ability to learn quickly and apply coaching and feedback in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, reliability, and a results-oriented attitude. Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA, with a flexible schedule as needed for events and campaigns. Team-oriented approach with willingness to collaborate and support peers. Prior experience in retail, customer-facing roles, or entry-level sales is helpful but not required.
