Responsibilities Greeting clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanour. Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls in a timely manner. Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence. Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception and office area. Providing general administrative support to our team, including scheduling meetings, data entry, and filing. Assisting with the coordination of company events and special projects. Monitoring and ordering office supplies to ensure the smooth running of the workplace. Serving as a central point of information for staff and visitors. Qualifications Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or similar administrative role. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). A positive attitude and a professional, customer-focused approach. The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
