• Salary: $136,822 $179,379 annually, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Provide overnight trauma and emergency general surgery services
• Manage trauma admissions and inpatient care
• Perform patient evaluations, develop care plans, interpret diagnostics
• Assist with surgical procedures, resuscitation, and operative support
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document all care activities accurately in Epic EMR
• Practice autonomously and handle multiple complex cases
• Contribute to quality, safety, and performance metrics
• Engage in ongoing professional development and leadership opportunities

What You Need

• Active Colorado Medical License or eligibility
• BLS and NCCPA certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of trauma or acute care surgical experience; fellowship preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making and teamwork skills
• Ability to work night shifts independently and efficiently
