This position allows for a hybrid work arrangement, primarily remote, while also offering in-person services as needed in the school setting. Our practice utilizes a sophisticated Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, streamlining the documentation process and enhancing communication among team members. You will have access to essential resources, including furnished office spaces and administrative support for billing and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy to a range of clients, addressing their unique needs and mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, completing all necessary notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Effectively communicate with clients to schedule appointments and manage ongoing sessions, adhering to a well-organized calendar.

• Utilize a billing service for managing client accounts, enabling you to focus more on direct client care and therapeutic outcomes.

• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in handling a variety of clinical presentations, from anxiety and depression to relational conflicts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with students and their families, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues that may affect their academic success and personal development. Your therapeutic expertise will support clients from diverse backgrounds, enabling them to navigate challenges effectively and promote emotional well-being. Establishing rapport and trust will be essential for creating a safe atmosphere where clients can openly discuss their experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, and be independently licensed as a LCSW.

• Exhibit professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and excellent organizational skills.

• Self-motivated and capable of maintaining a productive schedule while managing client caseloads efficiently.

• Availability for full-time work, with a minimum commitment of 20-25 hours weekly, including at least two evenings per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually based on experience, along with additional bonuses for exceptional performance.
