Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and the latest counseling methodologies.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions aimed at facilitating personal growth, overcoming obstacles, and enhancing psychological well-being.

• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Rise and Recover, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Your role will involve creating a trusting and non-judgmental therapeutic space that encourages clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, while guiding them towards healthier coping mechanisms and life strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a generous sign-on bonus for successful candidates.
