Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Overview Work as an independent contractor Board‑Certified Nurse Practitioner conducting in‑home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and selected commercial plan members. The role focuses on the member’s overall health and wellbeing, identifying barriers to care, and ensuring a thorough medication and medical history review. No prescribing, ordering lab tests or altering treatment plans. Responsibilities Conduct in‑home visits, assessing overall health, medication and medical history, and performing a physical evaluation. Fill out pre‑populated, patient‑specific evaluation forms. Provide no prescriptions, lab orders or treatment changes. Compensation & Benefits Weekly earnings: $2,500 to $4,000 (average 6–9 visits per day). Base rate: $80 per completed assessment. Per‑visit rate increase up to 135% via Market Multiplier. Pay‑per‑test bonus for eligible diagnostic and preventive tests. Shifts Monday – Sunday; no nights/weekends required. Short‑term or long‑term assignment. Pre‑scheduled visits in‑home with health plan members. Airfare, hotel and rental car available (depending on eligibility). Malpractice coverage provided. Incentives based on weekly availability. Requirements Board‑certified Nurse Practitioner. State license required. Independent Contractor, 1099 status.
