Estamos buscando un(a) HR Specialist para una oportunidad Contract/Temporary en Caguas, PR, dentro de la industria de servicios de salud. Esta posición tendrá un enfoque principal en Desarrollo Organizacional, experiencia del empleado y apoyo a procesos de reclutamiento, ideal para una persona con 1 a 2 años de experiencia en Recursos Humanos que desee continuar creciendo en un ambiente profesional, dinámico y orientado al servicio. Esta oportunidad comenzará bajo modalidad temporera con miras a permanencia, ofreciendo exposición a iniciativas de impacto en la cultura organizacional, comunicación interna, onboarding, satisfacción de empleados y mejora continua. La persona seleccionada trabajará de cerca con líderes y diferentes departamentos, en un entorno colaborativo donde se valoran la empatía, la confidencialidad, la organización y la capacidad de construir relaciones positivas. Key Responsibilities - Brindar apoyo en iniciativas de Desarrollo Organizacional, experiencia del empleado y mejoramiento continuo.- Participar activamente en procesos de onboarding y en la experiencia del candidato y empleado.
- Desarrollar, administrar y dar seguimiento a encuestas de satisfacción e insatisfacción de empleados.
- Analizar feedback recibido, identificar tendencias y presentar oportunidades de mejora a líderes internos.
- Colaborar en planes e iniciativas para optimizar procesos internos y fortalecer la comunicación organizacional.
- Apoyar procesos de reclutamiento, coordinación de candidatos y seguimiento según la necesidad operacional. Compensation and Benefits - Salary Range: $33,000 to $35,000 per year.
