Role Description
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to drive measurable growth across both paid and organic marketing channels. This is not a coordination-only marketing role. You’ll own the strategy, execution, optimization, and performance of campaigns that directly impact lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
You’ll be responsible for:

You’ll manage and optimize campaigns across platforms including:
- Google Ads
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- X (Twitter)
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Emerging digital marketing channels

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Demonstrated success generating qualified B2B leads and measurable pipeline growth.
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple acquisition channels.
- Strong understanding of PPC Strategy, Audience Segmentation, Retargeting, Funnel Optimization, and Attribution Models.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Strong copywriting and conversion-focused messaging skills.
Requirements
- Ability to independently launch campaigns, optimize performance, analyze results, and scale successful initiatives.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo (nice-to-have).
- Organic social media growth experience (nice-to-have).
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and large advertising budgets (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Ads and/or Meta certifications (nice-to-have).
