Key Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Business Services Support Specialist, you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by: Conducting the purchase of a wide variety of supplies, equipment, and services needed to support the operations of the organization using the Integrated Contracts Expert (ICE).

Managing administrative requirements and providing general administrative support related to office supplies, office property, or office moves. Providing personnel management administrative support to a serviced organization. Acting as a liaison with the human resources office and coordinating personnel actions. Assisting program officials in defining the level and kinds of services needed to carry out assigned responsibilities and to accomplish project objectives.

Requirements & Education

Foreign Education: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show that the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
