We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations on a Part-Time basis in Concord, New Hampshire. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, assisting internal teams, and serving as a reliable first point of contact for callers and visitors. The right candidate will bring strong organizational skills, accuracy in clerical work, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage front-office activities, including greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming reception area.

• Respond to inbound phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay messages with accuracy and courtesy.

• Perform a variety of administrative support duties such as filing, document preparation, and general office coordination.

• Enter and update information in company records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Provide day-to-day assistance to staff by organizing paperwork, scheduling support tasks, and helping keep operations running smoothly.

• Monitor routine office needs and help maintain an efficient administrative workflow.

• Prior experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist role.
• Ability to handle incoming calls professionally and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts.
• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Proficiency with general office procedures and standard administrative tasks.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Comfortable working independently while also supporting a broader team environment.
