Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions tailored to the needs of individual students and group settings, employing evidence-based practices.

• Coordinate care with educators, school administrators, and other healthcare professionals to create a seamless support system for students.

• Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of patient records through consistent documentation and adherence to state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents within the school system, addressing a diverse array of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. You will be expected to understand the unique challenges faced by students in today's educational environment and develop strategies that are effective within that context.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Possession of an active LICSW license in Massachusetts is required prior to beginning work.

• A minimum of two years of clinical social work experience following licensure, specifically in telehealth settings is highly desirable.

• Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and the development of treatment plans are essential for success.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, combined with a strong understanding of cultural competence to effectively connect with a diverse client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n
