Registered Nurse - Operating Room Spine

Role Overview: This full-time RN position in the OR Operating Room AIP involves providing direct patient care in perioperative, PACU, or operating room settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach. Responsibilities include: Delivering top-of-scope nursing care, prioritizing patient safety and wellness, precepting new staff, and contributing to quality outcomes. Clinical education supports specialty training and competency validation during orientation. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program, RN licensure, at least 6 months of OR RN experience or completion of a fellowship, and BLS certification. Candidates with over 2 years of OR RN experience may receive additional differential pay. Skills & Key Duties: Demonstrate proficiency in perioperative care, collaborate within a team, maintain safety standards, and support a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
