Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Integrity Mental Health, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments and evaluations to establish tailored treatment plans for diverse clientele.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adjusting approaches based on client feedback and progress.

• Employing an array of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engaging in active collaboration with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Staying abreast of developments in the field of mental health through continuing education opportunities and professional development workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services, particularly in a clinical environment.

Integrity Mental Health offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 based on your caseload and experience.
