Industry Business Enablement Partner

Support the Account Operations Business Enablement team for specified Business Unit Performs operational enablement functions leveraging a mix of Consulting, Program Management, Finance, Operations and Delivery experience; acts as a primary liaison with Business Unit account leadership and Client Delivery account leadership on all matters concerning Account Operations; supports / manages initiatives and resolves issues with consulting and program management expertise. Key functions - Support the invoicing process for large health plan account - O2C Process Escalation support – support/manage closure to open items impacting KPIs/SLA; drive improvement to KPIs/SLA - O2C Process Transition support – support transition from Delivery support model to end to end O2C support model - Backup/Urgent O2C Process Operations Support - Collections and Cash Application enablement - Process Consulting – operational processes internal/external for specific accounts or specific problem categories, liaison with other stakeholders to identify and implement improvements for accounts e.g. Procurement - Special Projects/ Change Management – e.g. support/enable customer systems/process changes, customer mergers/acquisitions/spinoff/divestiture Technical Skills - Proficient (5+ yrs) in using MS Excel and other BI Dashboards for proactive analytics - Proficient (3-5 yrs) with MS PowerPoint and MS Visio - Ability to use systems effectively for Contract Management and other activities, SAP experience highly preferred Functional Skills - 3 - 5 years’ experience in Order to Cash processes preferred - Finance background and familiarity with P&L structure as well as key drivers impacting the P&L preferred Management Skills - Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders at account/BU and act as a key influencer with the stakeholders - Effective problem-solving skills - Work effectively with offshore teams to coordinate activities and prioritize actions - Ability to coordinate and manage projects /actions that span across cross-functional teams and client teams - Self-managed individual who can effectively identify problems, determine solutions, prioritize workload, seek guidance where necessary and optimize resultsPosting Date:03/10/2021Department:Harvard Pilgrim Finance - 1468150022
