CLIENT'S HOURLY COMPENSATION RATE & AVAILABLE HOURS

$17/hr. compensation depending on Contractor's qualifications, availability, and skills. 2nd (Evening) Shifts available. Weekdays or Weekends: You tell us what shifts YOU can work! Some assignments ongoing and client negotiable temp-to-perm!

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

Provide compassion and emotional support to residents with Mental Health and/or IDD, ensuring all activities are designed and implemented with a goal of individual growth. Assist residents with tasks they are unable to perform for themselves such as: meal preparation, cooking, bathing, dressing and light housekeeping, monitoring and redirecting residents, as needed.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness High School Diploma or GED Current Physical/TB screening Current CPR/First Aid Certification PA State Criminal Background COVID Vaccine required. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND & RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION MUST BE RELIABLE & DEPENDABLE WITH BOTH THE CARE YOU PROVIDE AS WELL AS ATTENDANCE
