Working Concrete Foreman - Pay based on experience
Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of concrete finishers, carpenters and laborers
• Operate skid steer, mini excavator, dozer, etc.
• Process paperwork daily and weekly
• Layout, site preparation, placement, and finish concrete on a variety of projects.
• Subgrade and subbase preparation
• Set forms to required grade & layout
• Cut/bend/tie reinforcement
• Pour, place & finish concrete
• Ability to use tools of the trade
Requirements:
• 5+ years of applicable construction experience.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as a member and or team leader
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, kneel, balance, stoop
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions & seasonal temperatures
· Ability to work long hours determined by scope of work
· Ability to lift minimum weight of 50 lbs.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, class A CDL a plus
