VP, Private Credit Secondaries — High-Impact Deals

Confidential in New York is seeking a Vice President for its Private Credit Secondaries platform. The role involves significant responsibility across the full investment lifecycle, working with senior investment professionals on complex credit and secondary transactions.
You will evaluate opportunities, lead underwriting and due diligence, and support deal structuring through to close, while monitoring portfolio performance and credit assessment.
