Director of Commercial Operations

Driving demand growth and managing key pharmacy and distribution relationships, the full-time Associate Director of Commercial Operations will oversee operational supply planning, ensure product availability, and support market expansion efforts in a fast-paced biotech environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial partners, managing relationships and driving demand through proactive engagement Own demand and supply planning by translating forecasts into executable plans and managing relationships with manufacturers Monitor and report on partner performance and key commercial supply KPIs to support operational planning and scale-up efforts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree is a plus 6 - 9 years of experience in commercial operations or supply chain within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry Direct experience managing customer and partner relationships in a client-facing role, preferably in pharmacy or specialty pharma Strong Excel skills with experience in demand forecasting and inventory management Proficiency in project management software and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment
