IT HR Coordinator

DescriptionKforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to serve as a key support resource for the regional HR function, assisting employees, managers, and business operations teams with a wide range of personnel-related processes. This role is responsible for coordinating HR administration, supporting employee lifecycle activities, facilitating compliance requirements, and ensuring exceptional employee experience across multiple locations.Reporting Structure:This position reports to the Regional Human Resources Manager/Director and works closely with HR professionals, payroll contacts, operational leadership, and employees throughout the assigned market.Duties:* Facilitate employee status changes, including transfers, rehires, and other workforce transactions, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures* Gather, review, and process documentation required for personnel actions, approvals, and HR-related requests* Partner with HR, payroll, compensation, and benefits teams to research and resolve employee inquiries and administrative issues* Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of recurring HR programs and employee education initiatives, including benefits enrollment and retirement savings communications* Support onboarding activities by ensuring all employment documentation is completed accurately and submitted within required timelines* Develop, update, and maintain organizational charts and workforce reporting documentation* Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, including document preparation, record management, data collection, meeting logistics, travel coordination, and workflow tracking* Coordinate and monitor pre-employment screening activities, assessments, and other onboarding requirements for prospective hiresRequirements* Minimum of one year of experience in a Human Resources, HR Operations, People Services, Recruiting Coordination, or related support role* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment with changing priorities* Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail* Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional employee support* Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build effective working relationshipsJob TypeContractCompensation23 - $28
